Payment and Refunds
• payment may be requested upfront
• refund is only possible if you cancel your booking 7 days prior to the session.
•Missed sessions are not eligable for a refund.
• In unforeseen circumstances I may offer you the choice of remote sessions through live streaming or offer a voucher for rebooking of sessions rather than offer any refunds.

• 1:1 consultation and follow-ups may be done over the phone, text, online meeting - streaming or social media platforms such as WhatsApp.

​Data Protection
• All data is kept confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998)
• No sharing or copying of information is allowed without appropriate permission unless on public sharing posts.
• No posting of negative/slandering posts, being a small business owner, this can be detrimental to my livelihood, so I appreciate all concerns to be addressed to myself personally first.
• No copying or use of logo in accordance with copyright law.
• I may take photographs and use them on social media and my website.  I try to keep faces and children out of the images but sometimes this will be unavoidable, please let me know if you do not wish to have photos taken or used in social media posts.


Animal Welfare
  • Strictly no aversive equipment or aggressive behaviour is to be used towards your dog during the training session.
    • It is of utmost importance that my (human and dog)  client's safety is prioritised. All steps should also be taken to minimise risk to the safety of other dogs/people.
  • • Welfare of the dogs is top priority, if any concerns with an animal’s welfare where the Animal Welfare Act (2006) is breached then appropriate action will be taken
    - weather conditions, I reserve the right to change booking times and postpone private sessions at short notice if I deem the weather conditions to be unsafe for your dog or not conducive to a productive training session. I will endeavor to rebook these at your earliest possible convenience.

Rules
  • When participating you are doing so at your own risk
  • You must act responsibly and sensibly at all time
  • You must not participate if you are a child who is unaccompanied by and adult or under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.
  • You must be honest about any history of aggressive behaviour from your dog.
  • You must follow any safety warning or instruction given to you by your dog trainer or contained in the course material please ask your trainer if you are unclear.
  • I am not qualified to express an opinion that you are fit to safely participate in the training sessions.  You must obtain professional or specialist advice from your doctor before participating or avoid any activties if you have any current health concerns, injuries or aches and pains.
In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by myself participation in the training course or consultation is entirely at your own risk.


Disclaimer for personal injury or death (use of equipment)

You are responsible for using equipment in a reasonable condition that meets UK product safety standard and as directed in the training materials provided. You must behave sensibly, use the equipment as intended and follow any safety instruction so as not to hurt or injure yourself, your dog or others.

Disclaimer for loss or damage of property

In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by us, we are not responsible for any damage, destruction or loss of your property while using our training materials.

Disclaimer for dog behaviour

In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty, I am not responsible for any loss or injury arising from an act or omission by you or your dog, This includes but is not limited to:

  • Circumstances where your dog attacks you as the owner, another person or another dog and;
  • Veterinary bills for any injury caused to your dog or a third parties dog as a result of using the training course.
  • Medical bills for any injury caused to you or a third parties as a result of using the training provided..

IT IS IMPORTANT YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS STATEMENT BEFORE ACCEPTING. IF THERE IS ANY TERM THAT YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND, THEN PLEASE DISCUSS IT WITH MYSELF BEFORE TRAINING BEGINS.
 
I CAN NEVER OFFER GUARANTEES OF THE RESULTS TRAINING WILL BE ABLE TO ACHIEVE. THE RESULTS OF TRAINING WILL LARGELY DEPEND UPON CONSISTENT APPLICATION OF TRAINING TECHNIQUES TO BE APPLIED BY ALL OF THE DOG'S CAREGIVERS OUTWITH THE SESSIONS. DOGS ARE LIVING BEINGS WITH THEIR OWN FREE WILL, PERSONALITIES AND HISTORIES SO NO TWO DOGS WILL EVER HAVE THE SAME TRAINING OUTCOMES.
